Sports Day
On Wednesday 26th June children from Year 1-6 enjoyed another sports day at JP. The children were amazing, they enjoyed a carousel of 12 stations and worked together in their teams. It was amazing to see the children come together with their families to enjoy the day. It was a very hot day but the children still continued to try their best and challenged themselves with all activities which included: sack race, tennis ball balance, relay, bean bag throw, over and under and more.
The last part of the morning included a teacher 3-legged race as well as an attempted tug of war!
Many parent races and lots of support and cheering from the children.
I would like to thank you all for your support as we would not be able to run Sports day without you. I have thoroughly enjoyed leading Sports Day for the last 5 years and seeing it grow into such a community event over the years.
